Today I kept dialing State Farm to update my payment information but then I immediately would hanging up because I couldn’t find which card to use. What I didn’t realize was that the calls were going through and unlike most places, who would see the call and disregard or pass it off, Cameron saw each one of my calls and let his staff know to call me back just to “check in” that everything was okay on my end. So you can imagine my surprise when I received a call back from State Farm making sure everything was okay on my end because they noticed I kept calling them and hanging up! I feel SO reassured knowing that State Farm would truly be there for me in case of an emergency! That helps me to truly sleep a little better knowing that State Farm is there, no pun intended.
